What You’ll Do

• Work with business owners to prepare and market their businesses for sale
• Identify, qualify, and work with potential buyers
• Facilitate the deal process from inquiry to closing
• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times
• Collaborate with a supportive and experienced brokerage team

Who We're Looking For

• Self-starters with strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Background in sales, finance, consulting, business ownership, or real estate
• Ability to work independently and manage your own pipeline
• Licensed real estate pros, CPAs, consultants, or MBAs are a plus
• Business brokerage experience is helpful but not required — we offer training and support
